My Little World provides creative activity products for children, including plaster-of-Paris painting pieces, theme boxes, party activity kits and related creative products.

  • Plaster products are handmade and may have small variations in colour, texture, shape or finish.
  • Small imperfections, natural air bubbles or minor variations may occasionally occur during the plaster-making process.
  • Colours shown on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your device and display settings.

These natural variations do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to products, packaging or materials where necessary.

4. Product Safety

Our products are intended for creative activities and painting and should be used with appropriate adult supervision.

Parents, guardians or responsible adults should determine whether a product is suitable for the child using it.

Please follow any safety or usage instructions supplied with your order.

Our products should not be used for purposes other than those for which they are intended.

5. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Our current prices are displayed on the relevant product pages.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Delivery charges are separate unless specifically stated otherwise.

6. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

Once your payment has been successfully received, we will process your order.

An order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

  • A product is unavailable.
  • There has been an obvious pricing or listing error.
  • Payment has not been successfully received.
  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will be entitled to an appropriate refund.

Payments must be successfully completed before an order can be processed and dispatched.

We use third-party payment providers to process online payments. My Little World does not have access to your complete banking or card details.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.

8. Delivery

We deliver orders using our selected courier and delivery partners.

Delivery times provided on our website or during checkout are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, public holidays or incorrect delivery information.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your order.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delays caused by the courier are outside of My Little World's direct control. We will, however, assist you in resolving delivery issues where reasonably possible.

9. Returns, Refunds and Defective Products

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies to returns, refunds, incorrect orders and defective products.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit or remove any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

belongs to My Little World or is used with permission.
